*Payment: may be made by bank transfer, cash from reception or credit cards accepted (American Express, Dinners Club International, JCB, Maestro, MasterCard, Visa). Payment will be in RON, USD or EUR.

*Reservations will be guaranteed by the hotel until 18:00 local time - the date of arrival and will be terminated from the system if the reservation is not guaranteed by a company / travel agency or a valid credit card at the time of booking.

If a guaranteed reservation is cancelled after that hour, is charged with a penalty equivalent for the first nights accommodation.
For cancellations 24 hours before the date of arrival is not being charged penalties.
